We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support Product Owners and Agile delivery teams within a large digital transformation environment.
You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, support delivery and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Manage Product Analysis activities across the end-to-end product life cycle.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear solution specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritise competing needs.
- Support business process analysis, scoping and solution design.
- Present complex business and technical information clearly.
- Identify and assess business and technology risks.
- Produce concise reports, documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Support and mentor Junior Analysts where required.
- Strong experience as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product-focused BA.
- Proven experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience translating business needs into functional or technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience within utilities, energy or another regulated industry.
