We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Integration Architect to define and govern the integration architecture for ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store). This role is responsible for selecting appropriate integration patterns, establishing API and service governance, and ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient interoperability between GIS and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the integration reference architecture for ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Select and govern integration patterns (REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures) aligned with business and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Architect integrations between ArcGIS and enterprise platforms such as SAP (ERP/EAM), Salesforce, and other core systems.
- Design and oversee bi-directional data flows including feature services, map and geoprocessing services, geo-event streams, and ETL pipelines.
What You Will Ideally Bring
- 8+ years of experience in GIS, systems integration, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro).
- Solid understanding of the ArcGIS Utility Network Model (UNM) and advanced GIS workflows.
- Proven experience governing integration patterns based on business and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with water utilities or other utility domains.
- Esri certifications (eg, Enterprise Administration, Web Application Developer).
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
- Day Rate: ~£500 per day (Inside IR35) - CAN BE COMPETITIVE
