We are seeking an experienced PSA Engineer to join a high-performance engineering team. You'll be supporting and maintaining ADMS software, which helps electric utility companies manage power grids - especially during outages, storms, or everyday operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and supporting ADMS products (like PowerOn Fusion and PowerOn Advantage).
- Helping customers fix problems in areas like:
- Power grid applications (DMS, OMS, Storm tools, etc.)
- SCADA systems (used to control the grid)
- Interfaces and dashboards.
Key Skills You'll Need:
- Experience using or supporting power grid software.
- Basic knowledge of electrical grids (how power gets from plants to homes).
- Comfortable using tools like Linux, Oracle, SQL, and Windows.
- Strong communication skills - you'll speak with customers regularly.
- Good problem-solving - tracking down software, network, or grid issues.
