This is an opportunity for an experienced penetration tester to step into a senior, people‑led role while still staying close to technical delivery. You’ll take ownership of a security testing service line, managing senior testers, overseeing delivery quality, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the security testing service line
- Line manage senior penetration testers, including PDRs and development
- Own team utilisation, capacity planning, and workload management
- Run morning calls and oversee day‑to‑day delivery
- Act as escalation point for complex technical or client issues
- Scope penetration testing engagements and support client conversations
- Ensure consistent quality and standards across all testing engagements
Skills/Must have:
- Strong background in penetration testing
- Experience operating at senior or lead tester level
- Previous people management or delivery leadership experience
- Confident scoping and managing client engagements
- Strong understanding of consultancy delivery and utilisation models
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fully remote working
