We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll Principal Consultant to support a major Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation programme. In this role, you will work closely with UK business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement compliant Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions aligned to UK legislation and payroll best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud UK Payroll implementation activities across the full project life cycle
- Configure payroll elements, Fast Formula, calculation cards, balances, and payroll process flows
- Support Payroll Parallel Runs (PPR), validations, reconciliations, and live payroll cycles
- Design payroll solutions aligned to UK statutory requirements including PAYE, NI, pensions, and RTI
- Support payroll data migration and impact analysis across quarterly Oracle Cloud releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll, Core HCM, Absence, OTL, and Benefits functions
Key Skills Required
- Strong Oracle Cloud Payroll experience for UK legislation
- Experience with pensions, RTI, auto-enrolment, NEST, and statutory payroll processes
- Strong hands-on Fast Formula and payroll configuration experience
- Experience managing payroll
