Develop and maintain networking solutions with a focus on routing and switching technologies
Create and maintain product configurations and documentation
Ensure solutions are scalable and stable through deep-dive lab testing
Handle complex technical support issues via 3rd-level incident management escalations
Strong understanding of internet and networking protocols
Proficiency in routing and switching protocols, SNMP, and security protocols
Experience with monitoring systems and RADIUS protocol
