Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and maintain networking solutions with a focus on routing and switching technologies
- Create and maintain product configurations and documentation
- Ensure solutions are scalable and stable through deep-dive lab testing
- Handle complex technical support issues via 3rd-level incident management escalations
- Strong understanding of Internet and networking protocols
- Proficiency in Routing and Switching protocols, SNMP, and security protocols
- Experience with monitoring systems and RADIUS protocol
- Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ruckus, SD-WAN (desirable)
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPN technologies, and scripting (desirable)
- £35,000-38,000 basic per annum
