Role

We are currently recruiting for the UK’s leading Independent IT Solutions Provider and Internet Service Provider who are looking for a Network Field Engineer to join their team.

Your role will be less field focused and more delivery centric. You’ll work onsite at a client who builds some of the UK’s largest critical National infrastructure including, National Rail, roads and HS2 to name a few.

You will deliver small-large scale, internal and external projects, involving:

  • Constant pro-active maintenance, remotely configuring and delivering sites.
  • WAN Architecture
  • Data centre management
  • Change control & management
  • Documentation
  • Identifying security risks
  • Tech wise you’ll work with; Cisco Meraki, Nexus switches, SD-WAN, ASAs.

    There will be a hybrid working set-up, 2 days in the Stockport office per week, 2 days WFH and one day onsite.
