We’re working with a leading Cisco Partner to hire a Network Engineer with the energy, confidence, and technical skillset to take on full project ownership — from design through to implementation. This is a hands-on engineering role with excellent flexibility to work from home, supporting customers across the M4 corridor.
Responsibilities include:
- Visiting customer datacentres and sites to deliver network projects
- Taking customer requirements and producing network designs
- Building, configuring, and implementing Cisco-based solutions
- Working with Cisco Firepower, Meraki, and potentially Fortinet or Extreme Networks
- Projects covering datacentres, site-to-site connectivity, and core switching/routing infrastructure
Requirements:
- CCNA to CCNP-level knowledge and experience
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies
- Experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in live environments
- Must have your own car – mileage paid at 45p/mile
