Join a leading MSP with ambitious 4-year growth plans, where you will spearhead the Service Provider Networks function. As a Network Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy for delivering Juniper-based solutions to alternative network providers (AltNets) and ISPs. This is a pure pre-sales, design, and architecture role – no hands-on implementation required. You will be responsible for engaging with service providers, understanding their existing network infrastructure, and positioning Juniper solutions as the go-to choice. The company has already been recognized as Juniper Network Partner of the Year 2024 and is a Juniper Elite Partner, making this an excellent opportunity for a Juniper-focused specialist to take ownership of a high-growth area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and build out the Service Provider Networks function within the business.
- Engage with AltNets and ISPs, assess their existing networks, and position Juniper solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams in a pre-sales advisory role, delivering technical expertise and solution designs.
- Act as the Juniper subject matter expert, influencing strategy and go-to-market approaches.
- Provide high-level architectural design and recommendations for service provider networking.
- Develop a specialist team, hiring and leading additional network professionals as the practice grows.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong Juniper Service Provider networking experience.
- Proven background in ISP-focused Pre-Sales, Architecture, or Consulting.
- Ideally certified JNCIS, JNCIP, or JNCIE in the Service Provider track.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Nokia IP networking would be beneficial.
- Previous experience as a Juniper Systems Engineer (SE) would be highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate fluently with service providers and AltNets, understanding their challenges and needs.
