We are looking for an experienced SAP UK Payroll Consultant to support the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Payroll solutions within a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver compliant SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with UK payroll legislation and supporting payroll operations, testing, and ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (UK), including schemas, PCRs, and payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, pensions, and statutory payments
  • Gather requirements and provide payroll-focused functional solutions
  • Support payroll runs, reconciliations, troubleshooting, and year-end activities
  • Integrate Payroll with SAP Time Management, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and payroll validation
