The Role & Team

You’ll join a Service Desk team of 6, supporting a fast-paced, high-availability environment. This is a hands-on technical role with added responsibility, including mentoring junior engineers and acting as a reliable escalation point. You’ll be working across a modern IT estate, supporting both cloud and on-prem systems, including:

  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Windows Servers

Your focus will be on maintaining system reliability, resolving issues quickly, and supporting a business where downtime is not an option.

Experience & Fit

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence owning issues end-to-end
  • Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Background from any industry considered

Location, Salary & Bonus

  • 5 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes
  • Flexibility supported where needed
  • Up to £45,000 for a standout candidate
  • Bonus: Up to £15,000 based on team performance
  • Historically consistent bonus payouts
