As Manager, Microsoft Security Engineering, EMEA, you will lead a high-performing team of security engineers deploying modern SOC technologies across Microsoft Security, Azure, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne. You’ll combine technical expertise, team leadership, and client-facing delivery to ensure smooth onboarding of Managed and Professional Services clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape regional security engineering, work with cutting-edge technologies, influence service delivery, and collaborate with global teams while driving successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the EMEA Deployment Engineering team
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality service during security deployments and ongoing support
  • Align engineering activities with MDR services and strategic objectives
  • Enable smooth client onboarding and managed services transitions
  • Drive improvements in people, processes, and supporting technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure consistency and best practice
  • Stay current with Microsoft security products, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Skills / Must Have:

  • Proven experience leading technical security engineering teams
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft security solutions and XDR/Zero Trust architectures
  • Knowledge of MDR services, SOC operations, and technical controls (SIEM, EDR, case management, documentation, code management)
  • Experience in security architecture for large, complex, client-facing environments
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and drive outcomes through collaboration
