Manchester (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office). We’re partnering with a UK technology services organisation supporting enterprise customers across complex network and cloud environments. They’re now looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their growing commercial assurance team.
The Role
You’ll own commercial analysis across live network services (WAN, telephony, mobile), ensuring accurate billing, clear insight, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Bill validation for technology services
- Monthly trend reporting using Excel and Power BI
- Investigating variances and managing queries
- Maintaining accurate commercial data and inventories
- Tracking KPIs and supporting team best practice
- Contributing to process improvement and FinOps initiatives
