We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a cloud-first approach and a genuine commitment to doing IT support properly. Based full-time in Maidenhead, this role offers real variety, splitting your time between service desk support and hands-on project delivery. Responsibilities
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to a varied client base
- Delivering projects both remotely and on site at client locations
- Managing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs
- Building, deploying, and maintaining systems for clients
- Supporting end users with clear, professional communication throughout
Must-Haves
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or MSP environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, and Entra
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10+
- Understanding of networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, email routing
- Understanding of networking technologies including routers and switches
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload independently
