🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment to business goals.
• Define and deliver a forward-thinking engineering roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
• Champion best practices, modern tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all technical domains.
• Mentor department heads and senior engineers to foster leadership growth and technical depth.

🌐 What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
• Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in cloud‑first or hybrid environments.
• Background in an MSP or enterprise‑scale organisation.
