We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service/CCaaS Developer to support a large-scale customer service transformation programme. In this role, you will design, build, customise, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, supporting the rollout of new features and customer engagement solutions within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel solutions
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and PCF controls using C# and .NET
- Support CCaaS functionality and customer contact centre integrations
- Develop solutions using Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio
- Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
- Build and support reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore delivery teams across the wider programme
Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
- Experience with D365 Contact Centre/CCaaS solutions
- Strong Power Platform development skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio for chatbot and voice solutions
- Strong C# (.NET) and JavaScript development skills
- Azure DevOps CI/CD experience
- Experience with Azure Communication Services and Power BI reporting
