SOC Services Manager | Hybrid - Hammersmith
A growing OT cybersecurity provider is scaling its SOC offering rapidly and is looking for a senior, client-facing director to become a key point of contact for its customers.
This is not a traditional SOC operations management role. The day-to-day SOC function, including analysts and operational management, is already established. Instead, you will sit between the customer and the technical SOC teams, ensuring customers understand their security posture, alerts, incidents and recommendations in clear business terms.
You will work with a varied customer base across sectors including financial services, asset management, renewable energy and critical infrastructure, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers get maximum value from their SOC service. The ideal candidate will have enough technical understanding to confidently discuss SOC operations, monitoring, detection and incident response, but will primarily be a strong communicator and relationship manager who can translate complex cybersecurity issues into simple, commercially relevant conversations.
The role is ideally hybrid from Hammersmith, although UK-remote candidates will also be considered. You will need to be comfortable travelling to customer sites, particularly across London and Scotland, with travel requirements varying depending on customer needs.

- High-impact client ownership β become a senior point of contact for key SOC customers and build long-term relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Join a rapidly growing SOC business at a point where the offering is scaling quickly, giving you genuine influence over how the customer-facing function develops
- Technical without being purely operational β use your cybersecurity knowledge to advise customers without being tied to the day-to-day running of a 24/7 SOC
