Do you want to join one of the world's most technologically advanced quantitative trading firms, where you'll build security solutions protecting complex, high-performance systems operating at a global scale.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can write high-quality software, understands how systems and infrastructure work, and wants to build tools and controls that protect a complex, large-scale technology environment.
We are not looking for a traditional cyber-security analyst, or someone focused primarily on penetration testing. The ideal candidate will have strong computer science fundamentals and approach security challenges as a software engineer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop internal security tools and infrastructure
- Work with engineering teams to identify security weaknesses and build practical solutions
- Improve threat detection and security monitoring capabilities
- Contribute across requirements gathering, architecture, prototyping and development
- Support a broad range of security and compliance-related projects
- Help improve authentication, authorisation and other core security systems
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong computer science and software development fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one statically typed programming language
- A clear interest in security or experience solving security-focused engineering problems
- A good understanding of systems, infrastructure and how technology is built
- The ability to write clean, reliable and maintainable code
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other engineers
- Someone who learns quickly, pays close attention to detail and can work autonomously
Development is primarily in Golang , although previous Go experience is not required. Python is also used for scripting.

- Security-focused personal projects
- Blogs, research or open-source contributions
- Experience participating in CTFs
- Practical security certifications such as OSCP
- Experience building security tooling or secure infrastructure
