We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud. In this role, you'll own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, defining technology strategy and ensuring scalable, secure, high-performing delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Write high-level design documentation covering application design, integration strategy, data architecture, and security model
- Design scalable Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agent experiences, orchestration, and enterprise system integration
- Define and govern Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
- Establish Salesforce security architecture and lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical workshops
What You Will Ideally Bring
- 12 years of overall Salesforce experience, with proven track record as a Solution, Technical, or Senior Salesforce Architect
- Strong experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud at enterprise scale
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture, and event-driven Middleware
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and release management in Agile delivery environments
