We’re hiring on behalf of a major global technology consultancy delivering a live, in-flight migration in a Telco Cloud environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering vendor-neutral OpenShift architecture within a Telco Cloud environment
  • Leading the migration from Tanzu to OpenShift — dependency mapping, downtime planning, rollback
  • Driving load balancer migration from AVI to MetalLB
  • Evaluating CNI options and designing network fabric using Cisco / Arista
  • Owning OpenShift lifecycle — patching, upgrades, monitoring, alerting
  • Supporting storage design and integration (CSI, Pure Storage)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes and Tanzu
  • Strong data centre networking — leaf-spine, IP fabric (Cisco / Arista)
  • Experience with AVI, MetalLB and CNI Telco Cloud or similar environment background
  • CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Ability to produce detailed architecture documentation

What’s in it for you:

  • Real migration leadership — not slideware
  • Vendor-neutral authority — your judgement shapes the platform
  • Up to £95,000 + strong benefits package
  • London office, hybrid (3 days on-site)
  • Permanent role with influence over enterprise architecture standards
