We're looking for an experienced Security Testing Practice Lead to join a fast-growing, PE-backed consultancy — balancing hands-on delivery with strategic practice management.
You'll shape service offerings, drive operational efficiency, and influence both clients and internal teams at the highest level.

What you'll be doing:
- Own and develop the security testing service portfolio, including service innovation and operational improvement
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base covering tools, methodologies, reporting standards and SOPs
- Define and enforce quality standards across all security testing engagements
- Oversee daily delivery of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes
- Manage team capacity, approve proposals and client deliverables, and support commercial teams with scoping and resourcing
- Maintain key client relationships and manage complex engagements directly
- Perform hands-on security testing and produce high-quality reports and presentations
- Manage, mentor and develop your team, including appraisals and training plans
What we're looking for:
- Extensive hands-on experience in security testing and technical consulting
- Strong practice management and operational leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver at scale
- Excellent client engagement and commercial acumen
- Effective people management and team development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including reporting and presentations
