This is an opportunity for an experienced penetration tester to step into a senior, people‐led role while still staying close to technical delivery. You will take ownership of a security testing service line, managing senior testers, overseeing delivery quality, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Working fully remotely, you will have the autonomy to shape how the service operates, influence standards and processes, and focus on leadership rather than hands‐on testing day in, day out. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the security testing service line
  • Line manage senior penetration testers, including PDRs and development
  • Own team utilisation, capacity planning, and workload management
  • Run morning calls and oversee day‐to‐day delivery
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical or client issues
  • Scope penetration testing engagements and support client conversations
  • Ensure consistent quality and standards across all testing engagements

Skills/Must have:

  • Strong background in penetration testing
  • Experience operating at senior or lead tester level
  • Previous people management or delivery leadership experience
  • Confident scoping and managing client engagements
  • Strong understanding of consultancy delivery and utilisation models
