We're working with a growing and ambitious MSP that has built a strong reputation for delivering network, connectivity, and managed services into the commercial real estate and flexible workspace sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire a Network Operations Lead who can help shape the future of the network function, mentor engineers, improve customer environments, and play a key role in the next phase of the business's growth.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role combining:

You'll remain close to the technology whilst taking on broader responsibility across the network function.

What You'll Be Doing

Technical Leadership

  • Leading major incidents and network escalations
  • Acting as the senior technical point of contact
  • Driving technical standards and best practice
  • Supporting complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Team & Operations

  • Mentoring and supporting network engineers
  • Improving processes, documentation, and consistency
  • Assisting with workload planning and prioritisation
  • Helping shape the future growth of the team

Customer Ownership

  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Identifying risks and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting customer lifecycle planning
  • Providing technical guidance and consultation

Project Delivery

  • Delivering network upgrades, migrations, and refreshes
  • Supporting solution design and technical decisions
  • Working closely with internal teams and customers
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
