Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor and wider business.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf.
- Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Tackle high-priority technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast-moving industry (Ideally Fintech or capital markets).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment.
- A keen desire to learn, grow, and develop within a top-tier trading firm.
- Identity Access Management with Okta or similar related tools.
- Jamf 100/200 certification (nice to have).
