About the Role
You will be accountable for developing a high-performing service organisation, driving operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and delivering commercial results. Working closely with senior stakeholders and key suppliers, you will define the support roadmap, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure services are delivered in line with business objectives and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Collaboration Support function
- Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the unit
- Drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction
- Develop performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and business continuity planning
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior management role within Collaboration or Unified Communications
Required Skills
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets or P&L
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of UC technologies, including hosted contact centres and on-premise solutions
- Experience with ITIL best practice and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
