We are looking for a CyberArk Engineer to join on a 6-month fully office-based contract in London. The role leads and supports Privileged Access Management initiatives across the organisation, focusing on implementation, enhancement, governance, risk reduction, and compliance of CyberArk PAM solutions - bringing deep expertise across CyberArk architecture, integrations, and enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end CyberArk implementation, deployment, upgrades, patching, and DR setup across PAS components, designing architecture and configuring safes, platforms, and security policies aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Define and implement PAM strategy, frameworks, and privileged access life cycle management aligned to compliance requirements, driving account discovery and onboarding across Servers, databases, network devices, and service accounts.
  • Develop and maintain CPM plugins and PSM connectors for application and infrastructure onboarding, performing advanced troubleshooting of PSM, CPM, Vault, and integrations to ensure platform stability.
  • Integrate CyberArk with AD/LDAP, IGA tools, SIEM, and ServiceNow including REST API-based automation, and identify and remediate privileged access risks including orphan accounts, shared credentials, and password gaps.
  • Support audits, compliance, attestation, and governance reporting, driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and continuous PAM maturity enhancement.

  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on CyberArk PAM expertise across solution design, implementation, upgrade, migration, and new installation - CyberArk PAM-Defender certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience developing PSM connectors and CPM plugins, with advanced troubleshooting capability across PSM, CPM, and Vault components.
  • Strong understanding of CyberArk architecture and components, PAM controls, and privileged access security principles across Windows and Linux environments.
