A leading organisation is seeking an IAM Engineer to join their IT team in a hybrid role based in Leamington/Gaydon, UK. This role is a vital part of the identity and access management (IAM) engineering function, ensuring IAM systems are secure, scalable, and reliable. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, designing and implementing advanced identity solutions using Ping's Advanced Identity Software (formerly ForgeRock) and PingOne AIC platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage ForgeRock and PingOne AIC across various environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
- Develop custom workflows and access policies using Java-based technologies.
- Implement secure login solutions like SSO and MFA using standard identity protocols.
- Integrate and manage directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
- Automate IAM system setup and configuration with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Ensure the identity solutions are scalable, secure, and meet compliance standards.
What you will ideally bring:
- 3-5 years of experience with ForgeRock tools (AM, IDM, DS).
- Experience with automated deployment/configuration of ForgeRock.
- Exposure to ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) and PingOne AIC is desirable.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
