You\’ll be at the forefront of tech support in the heart of London\’s Financial District, working on-site with a high-speed trading team. Plus, enjoy monthly trips to Dublin, Ireland.

What you\’ll do:

Provide white‐glove IT support to top‐level individuals, solving desktop, system, and software issues in a dynamic trading environment.

Implement cutting‐edge solutions, ideas, and tools to tackle complex problems, ensuring seamless operations.

Manage virtual desktop platforms and streamline communication between Experian offices worldwide.

Work closely to support Executive / C‐Suite level individuals with desktop, system, and software issues in a high speed trading environment.

Work closely with internal support groups and external service providers to identify, resolve or coordinate the resolution of Desktop, Laptop, software problems, and issues.

Proposes new solutions, ideas, tools, and techniques for highly complex problems.

Supports escalated technical issues from junior team members to solve issues with Windows, Apple, and mobile devices.

Drive the creation of system imaging & automated software deployments to ensure efficiency & security through tools such as Microsoft SCCM and JAMF Casper.

Support Virtual Desktop Platform (VDI) on VMWare Horizon View for global contact centers.

Manages collaboration tool & video conferencing platforms and adds new capabilities to streamline communication between Experian offices.

May participate in applications beta‐testing.

Makes recommendations for process improvements and technology changes.

Communicates issues and incidents to all levels of the organization as required.

Creates and maintains documents and procedures, with direction from management.

White Glove experience (Executive / C‐Suite Level).

Windows Server.

Active Directory.

Hardware Support experience (Laptops, desktops, tablets etc.).

Well‐articulate personality.

Comfortable working in a high‐speed environment.

Up to 65k base salary.

Medical, dental, vision.

You\’ll enjoy a competitive base salary of up to $65,000 along with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
