We’re working with a well-established communications infrastructure provider that is expanding its engineering team. We’re looking to hire three Network Installation Engineers across junior to senior levels. The role offers a good mix of field work, customer interaction and hands‑on technical installation.

Senior hires will lead installations, act as the main technical contact and support junior team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and commission networking and communications infrastructure
  • Build and fit steelwork, bracketry, masts and associated equipment
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot wireless radios, routers, CCTV and core network devices
  • Produce commissioning reports and technical documentation
  • Provide progress updates to Project Managers and Engineering Managers
  • Liaise with customers on requirements and site updates
  • Mentor junior team members (senior level)
  • Maintain vehicles, tools and PPE

What we’re looking for

  • Experience installing or maintaining networking equipment
  • Basic understanding of wireless technologies
  • Able to work at height and outdoors
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and good practical judgement

Salary and benefits

  • OTE £30,000–£40,000 with overtime
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Tools, PPE and training provided

Working pattern

  • Standard hours: 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on project schedules
  • Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
  • Office attendance in Newbury when not on‑site
