Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and create design reports, bills of materials, and cost estimates for electrical installations.
- Ensure all electrical work is compliant with BS7671 and other relevant regulations.
- Perform inspection and testing of new and existing electrical installations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with stock-taking.
- Collaborate with site occupiers and service users to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (3 years).
- City & Guilds 18th edition certification.
- Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and distribution.
- Familiarity with CDM Regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel, including occasional weekends.
- Good standard of education.
- ECS Gold Card holder (preferable).
