Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day BAU network troubleshooting across customer environments.
  • Assist with network projects, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Work with Layer 2 networks, LAN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
  • Learn and support solutions built around Cisco-led networking platforms.
  • Shadow and support a Senior Network Engineer on more complex issues and projects.
  • Travel to customer sites where required to support installations or troubleshooting.
  • Build documentation and develop best-practice troubleshooting skills.
  • Actively develop technical skills and progress toward more responsibility over time.
Skills / Must Have:
  • A genuine interest in networking and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, switching, wireless, firewalls).
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a long-term journey.
  • Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to travel when required.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
