Cryptography SME – 6 months – Hybrid (Leamington/Gaydon)
We are seeking a highly experienced Cryptography SME to join a dynamic product team within a leading technology-driven organisation on a 6-month contract basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and steer the vision of cryptographic products and features that meet cutting-edge security needs and comply with critical industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision and roadmap for cryptography-related features, aligned with market needs and emerging security trends.

Work closely with cryptography engineers and security architects to ensure the technical feasibility and secure implementation of new features.

Prioritise backlogs and convert high-level requirements into executable user stories for agile delivery teams.

Ensure products comply with industry and regulatory standards such as FIPS 140-2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

Focus on usability and accessibility of cryptographic features for end-users without compromising security.

Act as the primary point of contact for cryptography topics-providing updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and assessing risks.
What You Will Ideally Bring:

Strong knowledge of cryptographic concepts including encryption algorithms, digital signatures, PKI, HSMs, and key management.

3-8 years of proven experience working in cryptography or information security domains.
