We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to support a large-scale People and Finance transformation programme following a recent Oracle Fusion implementation.
In this role, you will provide architectural direction and solution design leadership across Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP enhancements, integrations, and critical change initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party providers to define target-state architecture and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions aligned to enterprise standards and governance.
This is a key role within a complex enterprise environment, requiring strong architectural oversight, pragmatic decision-making, and deep Oracle Fusion expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Define solution architecture and target-state design for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP enhancements.
- Deliver agreed change requests and solution designs with appropriate technical documentation.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Drive configure not customise best practice approaches across Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Define and govern integrations between Oracle Fusion and wider enterprise systems.
- Understand Oracle Fusion data models and define scalable data flow and integration strategies.
- Support architectural governance, ensuring solutions meet security, regulatory, and non-functional requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc design decisions pragmatically while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, programme delivery teams, and third-party technology providers.
- Recommend and define new architectural patterns where required across the wider technology estate.
- Strong experience designing and architecting Oracle Fusion solutions across HCM and ERP.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS architecture and standard data models.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion enhancements and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles, governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience defining target-state architectures and scalable solution designs.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working within large transformation or post-implementation programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of C4 modelling would be advantageous.
