Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day BAU network troubleshooting across customer environments.
- Assist with network projects, upgrades, and deployments.
- Work with Layer 2 networks, LAN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
- Learn and support solutions built around Cisco-led networking platforms.
- Shadow and support a Senior Network Engineer on more complex issues and projects.
- Travel to customer sites where required to support installations or troubleshooting.
- Build documentation and develop best-practice troubleshooting skills.
- Actively develop technical skills and progress toward more responsibility over time.
- A genuine interest in networking and infrastructure.
- Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, switching, wireless, firewalls).
- Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a long-term journey.
- Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to travel when required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
- CCNA or working toward it.
- Exposure to HPE Aruba or Cisco Meraki.
