You will have to be on-site for part of the role completing site quality & health and safety checks.
You will also be managing subcontracting and direct labour teams and have to keep them in line with agreed SLAs.
Also, it is a part of your role to hold meetings with clients and councils on-site and in the office to give regular KPI/ performance updates.
You will need to ensure procurement is correct and the gangs have enough equipment and resource to complete projects.
You must be able to think on your feet dealing with issues on a daily basis while having the ability to get the best out of subcontractors & direct labour.
You will need a background in fibre network build projects but focusing on the civils/ underground side of it.
Ideally, you will have experience on the Openreach or PIA Network with knowledge of the regulations and specifications.
The salary ranges from 40,000 – 60,000 dependant on experience
