This role exists because the current Service Desk Manager is being promoted ‑ and they\'ll mentor you as you step into leadership. If you\'re a Senior Engineer, Team Lead, or an aspiring Manager, this is your chance to move into management with support.

- Support day‑to‑day Service Desk operations
- Develop and manage engineers with guidance
- Get involved in KPIs, reporting & service improvement
- Work with customers and internal teams
- Learn capacity planning and escalation management
💷 Salary: up to £45,000 basic
