You’ll step into a senior, customer-facing role where your technical knowledge genuinely matters. You won’t be siloed into one function - instead, you’ll work across delivery, professional services, and consultancy-style engagements, shaping solutions and seeing them through from design to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing, configuring, commissioning, and testing enterprise compute and storage solutions at customer sites
- Delivering complex programmes of work for customers worldwide, coordinating with internal teams and third parties
- Acting as a senior technical lead on projects and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers
- Supporting delivery across multiple functions including professional services, managed services, and technical operations
- Working closely with project managers and solutions architects to plan and execute successful customer deliveries
