We're partnering with an established and highly respected infrastructure and managed services provider that is entering a major growth phase. With strong enterprise demand already in place, the business is looking to appoint a visionary CTO to define the next chapter of its evolution. This is not a traditional operational CTO role; this is an opportunity to shape the strategy, service portfolio, and technical direction of a business with an established customer base, significant infrastructure capability, and growing demand for data centre, managed services, and AI-driven solutions.
The Opportunity
Customers are increasingly looking for a strategic partner that can deliver across infrastructure, data, managed services, and AI workloads. The demand exists; now the business needs the leadership to capitalise on it. You'll have the autonomy to define what gets built, how it's delivered, and how it becomes a scalable, profitable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's infrastructure and managed services strategy
- Build and evolve service offerings around data centre, cloud, and AI infrastructure
- Develop commercially viable, scalable, and repeatable service models
- Act as the senior technical and commercial authority for the business
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal leadership to shape future direction
- Evaluate build vs buy vs partner opportunities
- Drive innovation across AI, HPC and next-generation infrastructure technologies
- Help position the business as a leader in modern infrastructure and managed services
