Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support for complex Aruba wireless environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced wireless performance, roaming, and stability issues.
- Support and improve enterprise WLAN architectures across multiple sites.
- Work closely with network and security teams to ensure wireless aligns with wider infrastructure standards.
- Contribute to wireless design improvements, optimisations, and best practices.
- Assist with ClearPass-related troubleshooting and policy enforcement where required.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Act as a technical escalation point for wireless-related incidents and problems.
Skills / Must Have:
- Strong, hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless in enterprise environments.
- Proven capability operating at 3rd line wireless support level.
- Solid understanding of WLAN design principles, RF fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting secure wireless networks in regulated or sensitive environments.
- Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).
Nice to Have:
- Aruba ClearPass experience.
- Aruba certifications (ACMP, ACSP, etc.).
- Experience working across multi-site or nationally distributed estates.
