Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for projects assigned to you, ensuring their success from inception to implementation.
- Forge strong bonds with customers, guiding them through their journey towards cutting-edge solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Produce excellent technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), test plans, migration plans, and comprehensive handover materials.
- Deliver high‑quality professional services to customers, ensuring close attention to detail to minimise any issues or errors.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and maintain expertise as required by the business through accreditations and vendor certifications.
- Report project status and progress to the business as required.
- Develop skills and knowledge in alternate technologies and vendor products as required by the business.
- Manage your time and workload to ensure efficient productivity.
Skills and Experience
- HLD / LLD experience.
- Firewalls, routing & switching.
- PS experience – nice to have.
- Cyber security – nice to have.
