A leading technology services provider is seeking an AV Collaboration Engineer to support and optimise Unified Communications (UC) technologies and collaboration environments. This role focuses on Cisco Collaboration Rooms and Audio-Visual (AV) systems, ensuring seamless performance, minimal downtime, and an outstanding user experience.
About the Role
The UC Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining conference rooms, AV components, and UC technologies, including Cisco Webex and IP Phones. The role requires strong technical expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance to ensure efficient operation and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining Cisco Collaboration Rooms, AV technologies, and UC platforms
- Configuring, troubleshooting, and optimising collaboration systems to enhance efficiency
