Hamilton Barnes is a specialist recruitment business focused on the technology and infrastructure industries. We recruit across areas including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data centres, and enterprise IT. We are looking for ambitious graduates and junior sales professionals to join our London team. No previous recruitment experience is required.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the full recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients.
  • Speaking to candidates over the phone and understanding their experience, career goals and availability.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and our internal systems.
  • Building relationships with candidates and keeping in regular contact with them.
  • Speaking with businesses to understand their hiring requirements and introducing suitable candidates.
  • Writing and advertising vacancies across relevant job boards.
  • Arranging interviews and supporting candidates throughout the process.
  • Negotiating offers and managing the process through to a successful placement.
  • Keeping on top of your pipeline and working towards daily and weekly targets.

You will be fully provided with our internally led training programme, covering the basics of sales, recruitment, our technology markets and the systems we use. From there, you will gradually take more ownership of your own client base, candidates and market field.
