Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope customer engagements, understand their requirements, and align them with appropriate technology solutions.
  • Deliver innovative and best-practice professional services engagements based on agreed project plans or statements of work.
  • Participate in regular customer meetings to share progress, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues related to data platforms and solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior consultants while ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure the reliability and compatibility of new solutions with customer systems.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure successful deployments and migrations.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of data technologies.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, including configurations, troubleshooting guides, and project reports.

  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including customers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • SC Clearance is essential.
  • Certified Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin, Certified Splunk Enterprise Architect, Certified Splunk Core Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Splunk is essential, including implementation, management, and optimisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, dashboards, and real-time data processing. Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration for Splunk installation and log collection is required.
  • A good understanding of enterprise architecture and data sources would be beneficial.
