Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement QA frameworks, strategies, and test plans for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Lead the development and execution of both manual and automated testing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across QA practices, including test automation and release lifecycle enhancements.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle.
- Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing across QA teams and stakeholders.
- Analyse testing metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise quality assurance performance.
- Strong experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Demonstrate strong experience in enterprise-level QA design, strategy, and governance.
