Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues to ensure high availability
- Provide hands-on support across routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead technical troubleshooting calls and coordinate resolution efforts
- Quickly understand the end-to-end network and application architecture
- Work within an ITIL-aligned service management environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Networking
- CCNP certified with strong L3 expertise; CCIE (R&S or DC) highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet routing and switching
- Strong experience in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with Load Balancers (F5) and DNS/DHCP services
- Knowledge of HPOV NNMi and Catalyst Center Infrastructure
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex application and architecture issues
- Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred

- Technically mature, with a solid understanding of all key network domains, including routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud
- Capable of quickly learning and adapting to global network architectures and services
