Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and operations for the SD-WAN environment (Velocloud).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across multiple protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Implement changes and upgrades in a controlled, secure, and documented manner.
- Assist with the design and deployment of scalable network solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Velocloud SD-WAN.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
- Solid background in support and operations within complex network environments.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract role.
- Current SC Clearance is required.
