Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Cyber Technical Service Manager to lead technical service delivery for a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Security Operations, Engineering and Product teams to deliver MDR services, improve security strategies and drive cyber resilience.
You'll act as the primary technical contact, run technical reviews and QBRs, translate incidents into business-focused guidance, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer maturity.
