Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by selling AV, PA, and VA solutions and services
  • Manage long-term strategic client relationships as Executive Client Manager
  • Lead quoting, pricing strategy, and margin-conscious commercial proposals
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Attend events, conduct outbound sales activity, and develop new verticals
  • Coordinate project delivery between sales, engineering, and service teams
  • Provide input on solution design with the technical sales team
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and at industry events
  • Guide and mentor colleagues across sales and service teams on AV/PA/VA
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular commercial reports

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to win business and manage accounts in AV, PA, or VA sectors
  • Confident selling technical solutions involving both hardware and services
  • Experience managing client relationships from proposal through to delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience quoting and closing B2B sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • High level of initiative and drive; thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Familiarity with AV/PA brands and systems (engineering background advantageous)
  • Confident with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to travel and attend client sites and live events as needed
  • DBS required or willingness to obtain
