They are seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer to support the bank's data network and all other aspects of networking including firewall and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of network-related incidents, managing them from initial alert through to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across the infrastructure environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service when communicating with end users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support incident management and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with and manage third-party vendors to drive timely incident resolution.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive network diagrams, documentation, and technical records.
  • Create new network documentation where required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver project activities in line with agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Support the successful execution of network and data infrastructure projects assigned to the team.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals through effective planning, coordination, and delivery of technical tasks.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • CCNP level routing / switching.
  • Meraki.
  • Checkpoint firewalls.
  • Exposure to ISE.

Location: 3x per week London

Salary: Up to £65,000
